RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
All products are custom-made per order. Returns are accepted if the item was damaged in shipping, or if the wrong product was produced delivered to shipping address on order. Should a customer accidentally order multiple of the same items the wrong size item, returns are accepted when the buyer pays shipping to return the item in original condition. Upon receiving the returned item a refund for the item (minus original shipping cost) will be given.
Examples of when are returns not accepted:
- Customer ordered the wrong item, color, size, etc.
- Customer accidentally ordered the wrong case for a phone
- Customer orders wrong size laptop skin
